Buenos Aires, Feb 13. Argentine insurer Libra Compañía Argentina de Seguros S.A. announced it has resolved the issue flagged by the National Insurance Superintendence. The regulator required technical adjustments to reserve valuations, which were implemented in the Q4 2025 financial statements. The company confirms full compliance with regulations.

Buenos Aires, February 13 (NA) – Libra Compañía Argentina de Seguros S.A. informed that it has already regularized the situation observed by the National Insurance Superintendence regarding the financial statements closed as of September 30, 2025. As the insurer explained in a communiqué accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the regulator's measure was related to a technical adjustment in the valuation of certain reserves, which temporarily impacted the technical ratios for that period. Libra assured that this situation was corrected in the balance sheet closed on December 31, 2025, which reflected the required property and technical adjustments. The company emphasized that these processes are part of the National Insurance Superintendence's permanent supervision scheme, which it adheres to and collaborates with responsibly and with a commitment to institutional strengthening.
